The chips do not compress within the substrate allowing air pockets and gaps to form which promotes aeration through the roots and soil. These air pockets help combat anaerobic microbes that can be harmful.

This product is certified for quality and consistency ensuring it is thoroughly rinsed pH balanced and pre-buffered with calcium.
